Our wedding exhibition at Assembly Rooms - Bath Historic Buildings will attract very good visitor numbers. We believe that with our extensive advertising campaign and our dedication to provide a well organised and professionally run exhibition. You can be assured we aim to attract a fantastic number of potential brides to this event to ensure that you get the best possible results from the day.

The Assembly Rooms have been at the heart of the city’s social life since the 18th century. The spectacular Ball Room is the largest Georgian interior in the city and accommodates up to 500 people comfortably. Linking the Ball Room to the elegant Tea Room is the Great Octagon, furnished with paintings by Gainsborough and Hoare.

The grand and stunning setting of the Assembly Rooms is one of the most popular venues in Bath for civil ceremonies.

This stunning wedding exhibition will flow throughout the building.

From the entrance the visitors will enter the Small Octagon (highlighted in red), then the visitors will be directed in to The Ball Room (highlighted in Aqua) this is linked to the Great Octagon (highlighted in yellow) which leads our visitors to the elegant Tea Room (highlighted in pink), the flow is then taken back to the Small Octagon.

The Lilac Area is the Assembly Room Cafe.

We offer 6ft - 8ft and 12ft stands, starting from just £150 + vat

Table and chairs (cloth NOT provided)

Your company Listed in the Visitor Guide

Your Company will be listed as an Exhibitor on the exhibition page of the exhibition you have booked into on this website once your booking has been processed. You can email us a link to your website, this will added free of charge on the exhibition page for the exhibition that you are attending.

Assistance with unloading on the morning of the exhibition if required

Brides will have an identifying sticker this will aid exhibitors to know who they need to introduce themselves to.

How we advertise the exhibition - We run a 3 month advertising Campaign

Local Press and Bridal Magazines - Wedding Features in local papers - We run adverts in several magazines including the Wedding Daze Directory along with various newspaper advertising.
Posters and Flyers - Posters are distributed to exhibitors, put up in local shops and displayed at exhibitions
