Here are the details of our wedding exhibition at The Lyndhurst Park Hotel, Lyndhurst.

Our first wedding exhibition at The Lyndhurst Park Hotel was a very successful event. We believe this is due to our extensive advertising campaign and our dedication to provide a well organised and professionally run exhibition. You can be assured we aim to attract a fantastic number of potential brides to this event to ensure that you get the best possible results from the day.

We limit the number of stands to each service type and stands are allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.


This exhibition is likely to be over-subscribed so we advise exhibitors to BOOK NOW.

Our Exhibitions

We offer 6ft - 8ft and 12ft Stands, starting from just £125 + vat

Table and chairs (cloth NOT provided)

FREE Tea, Coffee, Squash and bisciuts throughout the day

Your company Listed in the Visitor Guide

Your Company will be listed as an Exhibitor on the exhibition page of the exhibition you have booked into on this website once your booking has been processed. You can email us a link to your website, this will added free of charge on the exhibition page for the exhibition that you are attending.

Assistance with unloading on the morning of the exhibition if required

FREE electricity if required

Brides will have an identifying sticker, this will aid exhibitors to know who they need to introduce themselves to.

Local Press and Bridal Magazines - Wedding Features in local papers - We run adverts in several magazines including Society, Brides Mag, Wedding Daze Directory along with various newspaper advertising including the Daily Echo, The Advertiser in 5 areas.
Posters and Flyers - Posters are distributed to exhibitors, put up in local shops and displayed at exhibitions
The Wedding Daze Website and Directory.
AA Road signs
Brides invited from our vast database - Free Invites are emailed and posted to the brides from our vast database that are planning their wedding in 2011 and beyond
Free Invites are also distributed to exhibitors, local shops, exhibitions, posted and emailed to brides from our vast database
Local radio campaigns
The exhibition is listed on the Exhibition and Events pages on numerous wedding and local websites as well as our own website
